Next Upcoming Update
Secret Neighbor Mod Menu will be able to contact with Arduino boards
The Arduino board is Connected to PC/LAPTOP USB Port
Here's a diagram of the pin connections
LCD GND = GND Arduino
LCD VCC = 5V Arduino
LCD V0 = GND Arduino
LCD RS = 12 Arduino
LCD RW = GND Arduino
LCD E = 11 Arduino
LCD D4 = 5 Arduino
LCD D5 = 4 Arduino
LCD D6 = 3 Arduino
LCD D7 = 2 Arduino
for the C++ ino file (Arduino Ends) i'll include it in mod menu zip file
The LCD Cathode is connected with 2k2 resistor it depending on your own needs for the LCD backlit
you can also use a Variable Resistor like Potentiometre B5K (Higher than 5K is useless) or trimpot
the LCD that is connected with the Arduino boards will show the Neighbor Name and Distance in Metre while in GAMEPLAY/ match
while not in Gameplay or match it will just show where you are whether in Preload, Menu, Lobby or Game Result or Editor
Note :
* to use this feature you will need to know how to use a breadboard you will also need a breadboard
* if you placed the pins incorrectly it might be damaging the Arduino component or Module
Also this feature is not just limited to arduino boards, you can also use ESP32, ESP8266 (havent tested this one yet)
but with C++ backend, i havent write the backend for micropython ESP32
